Great Western Hospital Apprenticeships offers a 24-month placement in Business Administration Level 3 at the Great Western Hospital Trust in Swindon. You will work with the Women & Children's Administration Team and gain valuable experience while undertaking the apprenticeship.
With support from managers and the Apprenticeship team, you will follow a development plan, complete the training elements, and prepare for literacy and numeracy assessments.
Great Western Hospital Apprenticeships offers you a work placement for 24 months in Business Administration Level 3 for the Great Western Hospital Trust in Swindon. This will be based in our main GWH Hospital, and you will be working with the Women & Children's Administration Team., We are looking to recruit a motivated, high quality individual to join our Apprenticeship programme at Great Western Hospital. With support from Managers, training providers and the Apprenticeship team, you will be an effective member of your team gaining valuable experience whilst undertaking a programme of further education and development as part of the Apprenticeship.

If you are shortlisted you will be invited to an interview which includes literacy & numeracy assessments. You will be expected to complete the formal training elements of the programme and must not hold a NVQ/QCF/ BTEC level 3 or higher in Business Administration.
You must be confident, an excellent communicator, and able to work with existing procedures and processes within the Team. You need an eye for detail and be able to work to tight deadlines. Customer Service experience would also be advantageous.
We have a dedicated team based in the Academy, which is the Trust's Learning and Development centre who will support you in your Apprenticeship programme. They will work very closely with you and your manager to provide a comprehensive development plan detailing your objectives and workplace goals. Your course provider will assign you an assessor who will provide you with work and also support you on your journey.
