Blackburn College is seeking a Level 3 Assessor - Plumbing to manage a caseload of learners, plan and undertake workplace assessments and deliver high-quality training to ensure timely apprenticeship completion.
You will lead standardisation, coordinate Internal Verification, and engage learners aged 16+ to support their goals. The role offers a competitive salary with a market premium and robust staff benefits.
Working as part of the Apprenticeship Plumbing team you will be responsible for a case load of learners. You will liaise with learners to plan and undertake assessments in the workplace, deliver high quality training and support and monitor them through all aspects of their apprenticeship journey to ensure timely completion of the Apprenticeship Standard. You will also be responsible for leading on standardisation and co-ordinating the Internal Verification process.
A suitably qualified individual with extensive relevant industry experience you will have experience of assessing / working with learners age 16+ to support our them to achieve their goals.
