Job summary

Teaching Personnel is recruiting Level 2 Teaching Assistants to work across Sheffield and surrounding areas, offering flexible day-to-day or long-term placements. You will support pupils in and out of the classroom, assisting teachers and preparing learning activities.

Role involves one-to-one and small-group support, helping pupils with varying needs including SEND, and building strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents. Competitive weekly pay and CPD access.

Qualifications

• Level 2 TA qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in a school or educational setting.
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with delivery of engaging lessons.
• Support pupils one-to-one and in small groups.
• Encourage positive behaviour and pupil engagement.
