The Crestwood School is seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and ambitious team. This full-time, permanent role supports students’ learning, wellbeing and development within a cual environment. The successful candidate will work with staff to aid progress and provide targeted interventions and pastoral support.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learning in a school setting.
• Ability to work with students with diverse needs.
• Willingness to participate in safeguarding and DBS checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the learning and progress of individual students and small groups, including those with additional learning, communication, social, emotional or physical needs.
• Contribute to planning and deliver targeted interventions.
• Provide pastoral support and help create an inclusive learning environment.
