Haywood Village Academy seeks a Teaching Assistant Level 2 to support learning for students in a busy primary setting. The role is permanent, 30 hours per week, term time only plus inset days, with a fixed pattern Monday to Friday.

You will assist the class teacher, deliver planned activities, and use targeted strategies to help students access the curriculum and achieve progress while supporting their social and emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• Hold or work towards a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent).

Responsabilités

• Support students by using developed strategies to access the curriculum and engage with learning.
• Deliver planned learning activities and targeted interventions, adapting approaches to progress.
• Monitor, assess and report on student achievement and wellbeing, with collaboration from parents and professionals.
