Job summary

Hady Primary School is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join a dedicated team. The role runs Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 3:30pm, supporting learning and development across a range of abilities.

You will work under class teachers and senior staff to create a supportive, stimulating learning environment, helping to prepare and adapt resources and support students both in groups and one-to-one.

Job description

Working closely under the direction of class teachers and senior staff, you will assist in delivering high-quality educational experiences tailored to meet the individual needs of students across a range of abilities and backgrounds.

Your responsibilities will include helping to prepare and adapt learning resources, supporting students during lesson, either in small groups or one-to-one, encouraging positive behaviour, and assisting with classroom organisation. You’ll also contribute to monitoring pupil progress, providing feedback that helps inform future teaching and learning strategies.
