Job summary

The Diamond Learning Partnership Trust is seeking a dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive staff. You will assist pupils across the curriculum, working with teachers to create an engaging learning environment.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 3:25pm, term-time only with training days. A passion for helping children reach their potential and a focus on inclusivity are essential.

Qualifications

• The Ideal Candidate Will Have Level 2 childcare qualification.

The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting children in their learning and development and will be committed to helping every child achieve their full potential. You will be able to build positive and effective relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues, demonstrating patience, empathy and a nurturing approach.

In this role, you will work closely with teachers and the wider school team to support children across the curriculum, both within the classroom and through targeted interventions. You will help to create an engaging, inclusive and supportive learning environment where all children can develop confidence, independence and resilience.

Every day, you will support pupils with a range of needs to access learning, develop positive relationships and engage fully in school life. Through your encouragement and guidance, you will help children overcome barriers to learning, build their self-belief and achieve success both academically and personally.

You will be a proactive team player with strong communication skills, a positive attitude and a genuine commitment to making a difference in the lives of children.
