Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? We’re looking for a dedicated and caring Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team in Rochdale this September.
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with class teachers to support pupils’ learning across a range of subjects and year groups. Your role will involve working with individuals and small groups, providing classroom support, and helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support teaching and learning under the direction of the class teacher
Assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources
Provide individual support for pupils with specific needs
Help manage behaviour and promote a positive classroom culture
Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and other support staff
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Has experience working in a primary or secondary school setting
Is enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to helping every child achieve their best
Has good communication and teamwork skills
Understands the importance of safeguarding and child protection

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
