Job summary

Aspire People is seeking an experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant for primary schools in Manchester. We offer both full-time and part-time placements across a range of settings.

You will support whole-class learning, provide 1:1 and small-group assistance, and deliver reading, phonics, Maths and English interventions while helping with resources and classroom routines.

Qualifications

• Experience in UK primary schools and National Curriculum knowledge.
• Level 2 TA qualification or equivalent.
• Recent UK primary school experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support whole-class learning.

Are you an experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant looking for your next role within a primary school?

Aspire People are working with schools looking for reliable and enthusiastic TAs who can provide high-quality classroom support and help pupils make progress.

We're particularly interested in candidates who have recently worked within a UK primary school and understand how to support pupils across the National Curriculum.

The Role May Include:

• Supporting whole-class learning

We're Looking For:

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent

• Previous intervention experience
• Patient, reliable, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
