Job summary

Milk Education is seeking a dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in welcoming Primary Schools. You will assist teachers, provide targeted support, and help create an inclusive classroom that nurtures academic and personal growth.

We welcome candidates with a Level 2 TA or childcare qualification, strong communication skills, and a proactive, patient approach. This role offers flexible working opportunities and ongoing consultant support from Milk

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or a relevant childcare qualification.
• Experience working with children in a school, childcare or educational setting.
• Confident supporting learning across the primary curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, adaptable and passionate about supporting children’s development.
• Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
• Hold, or are willing to apply for, an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
