Job Title: Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Nurse / EYFS Practitioner
Location: Seaford
Salary: GBP90 - GBP100 per day (Depending on experience and qualification level)
Start Date: As soon as possible/September 2025
Contract: Full-time, Term-time

Are you a nurturing and committed EYFS Practitioner looking for a rewarding role in a welcoming nursery or early years setting?
GSL Education are seeking a qualified Nursery Nurse / EYFS Practitioner (Level 2 or 3) to support young learners in Seaford, East Sussex. This full-time, term-time position is perfect for someone who is passionate about early childhood development and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

About the Role:
This role involves supporting children across the Early Years Foundation Stage, contributing to a safe, engaging, and stimulating setting where pupils can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children in line with the EYFS curriculum through play, structured tasks, and daily routines
• Observe and record progress, working closely with teachers and parents to plan next steps
• Ensure a warm, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment
• Help set up and maintain a well-organised classroom space and outdoor learning areas
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff
• Promote positive behaviour and wellbeing

Job Requirements:

• Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education / Early Years
• Experience supporting children aged 0 5 in nursery or school settings
• A strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive and caring approach to working with young children
• Must have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one)
