Job summary

Hopscotch Day Nurseries Ltd in Portswood, Southampton, is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our dedicated team. You will plan engaging activities in line with the EYFS and build strong partnerships with parents and carers.

A minimum Level 2 Early Years Qualification is required. Candidates will undergo an enhanced DBS check in line with safer recruitment standards. We offer full-time or part-time posts (Mon–Fri). Salary ranges from £27,373 to £29,848.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum Level 2 or higher Early Years Qualification

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS

The Details:

• Full-time or part-time opportunities (Monday–Friday 8 hour days and lunch cover role 11-3)

• Salary Range: £27,372.80 - £29,848.00

Portswood staff receive an additional £0.30/hour location weighting (this is included in salary above; subject to terms)
