Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd is seeking Level 2/3 Nursery Practitioners for flexible agency work in Bishop's Stortford and surrounding areas. We support nurseries with enthusiastic staff to cover shifts across multiple settings.

You will assist nursery teams in providing quality care for children aged 0–5, with responsibilities including activities, safeguarding and collaborative work with parents. Flexible hours and ongoing support available.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent).
• Experience in a nursery, preschool or early years setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive, proactive, professional attitude.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support nursery teams in providing high‑quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years.
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities.

Nursery Practitioner Nursery Nurse Early Years Practitioner

Are you a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner looking for flexible work in the Bishop's Stortford area?

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Nursery Nurses and Early Years Practitioners to support a range of nursery settings across Bishop's Stortford and the surrounding areas.

Whether you're looking for occasional shifts, additional income, or the flexibility to work around other commitments, we have a variety of opportunities available every week.

Available Shifts

• Full-day shifts
• Morning (AM) shifts
• Afternoon (PM) shifts
• Short-term and hourly bookings

The Role
