Job summary

Sanctuary Group invites applications for a 15‑month fixed term Level 2 Accountancy Apprenticeship based at our Worcester head office. You will rotate through our Shared Service Centre, gaining hands‑on experience in cash sheets, invoicing, and general finance tasks.

The programme combines on‑the‑job training with study through HWGTA, with a clear path to becoming a fully qualified accountant for committed learners.

Qualifications

• Two GCSEs at grade 4 or above including Maths and English must be met.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office apps (Word, Excel and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Process cash sheets and correct errors on invoices in the Shared Service Centre.
• Support finance functions through rotation and on‑the‑job learning.
