Job summary

The Old Station Nursery Group in Malvern is seeking a Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our Little Oaks Day Nursery team. You will plan and deliver EYFS-based activities and support children’s development within a caring setting.

We offer a welcoming environment with DBS checks, a welcoming bonus, and ongoing training across The National College. 40 hours per week, with a mix of shifts to suit family life.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or QTS.
• Enhanced DBS checks required.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment for children.
• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones; keep parents informed.
• Support day-to-day nursery operations with high hygiene, safety and care standards.
• Lead and guide apprentices and volunteers when needed.
