Job summary

IAQ Consultancy Services is seeking a full-time LEV Testing Engineer based in the South West with hybrid work options. You will conduct Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) testing on client sites, perform functional and safety checks, and document findings in clear reports.

The role requires BOHS P601 qualification, experience in testing LEV systems, and the ability to travel across the UK and Europe. A driving licence and strong reporting skills are essential for successful delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

• BOHS P601 qualification required as a minimum, with good progression.
• Experience with functional testing of LEV and ventilation systems.
• Relevant technical qualification in engineering or building services is beneficial.
• Knowledge of UK/European LEV standards and safety regulations.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
• Effective communication and the ability to work on client sites and from home.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel across London, the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Conduct LEV testing on client sites.
• Perform functional and safety checks on ventilation systems.
• Document test findings in compliant reports.
• Plan and execute test schedules and create test cases.
• Ensure testing adheres to standards and regulations.
