Qualifications

• Previous experience in a lettings or estate agency role.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the Guildford property market and lettings legislation.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property valuations to determine competitive rental prices.
