Job summary

Cheffins in Ely seeks a motivated Full-Time Lettings Consultant to deliver outstanding service to landlords and tenants across the region, joining our busy lettings team.

You will be responsible for welcoming clients, arranging viewings, reference checks, tenancy document creation, and handling enquiries. Mon-Fri 8:45am-5:30pm with a focus on professional development and industry qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organise workload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide a knowledgeable and welcoming service for landlords and tenants.
• Arrange viewings and manage diary commitments.
• Referencing prospective tenants, verify IDs and conduct immigration checks.
• Create tenancy agreements and move-in documents.
• Handle telephone, email, website and in-person enquiries.
• Manage property keys for contractors and clients; support administration.
