Northwood Nottingham is an established and growing lettings and sales agency based in Sherwood, Nottingham.

Role Description

We are looking for talented estate agents to join us in both our Sales and Lettings teams. These are full-time roles based in our Nottingham office.

The Property Manager will be responsible for day-to-day property management tasks, overseeing maintenance and repairs, conducting property inspections and viewings, drafting contracts and tenancy agreements, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The Sales Negotiator will be responsible for bringing on new business, valuing and listing sales properties, and following through with vendors and clients to completion. Valuation experience preferred but not essential as training will be given.

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, occasional Saturdays 9.30am-12.00pm.
