Nexus ERP Limited is seeking an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join our Urmston team. You will oversee day-to-day lettings operations, coordinate maintenance, and ensure smooth communication between tenants, landlords, and contractors.

The role requires strong organisational and customer service skills to uphold high service standards. The role focuses on contractor sourcing, quotations, service monitoring, and timely problem solving to uphold service standards and property compliance

Formación

• Lettings experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate clear communication between contractors, tenants, and landlords regarding maintenance updates and status.
• Handle incoming repair requests from tenants and arrange prompt fixes.
• Source, vet and appoint local tradespeople.
• Obtain and compare competitive repair quotations.
• Monitor contractor performance against SLAs.
• Ad-hoc property management duties.
• Phone cover for lettings desk.
• Check out report processes.
