Job summary

Oasis Academy Enfield in North London is seeking a proactive Lettings Officer for a casual contract of approximately 10 hours per week, with occasional evening and weekend work. You will coordinate booking of classrooms, meeting spaces and sports facilities and act as the first point of contact for lettings enquiries.

You will liaise with academy staff and external hirers to arrange hire details and support the growth of community use of our facilities.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and organised Lettings Officer to coordinate and develop the hire of our facilities, including classrooms, meeting spaces and sports facilities. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for lettings enquiries, manage bookings, liaise with academy staff and external hirers, and support the growth of community use of our facilities. This is a flexible casual role of approximately 10 hours per week, with occasional evening and weekend working required. We are looking for someone who has:
