Job summary

Oasis Academy Enfield is seeking a proactive Lettings Officer to coordinate the hire of our facilities, including classrooms, meeting spaces and sports facilities. You will be the first point of contact for lettings enquiries, manage bookings and liaise with staff and external hirers to grow community use of our spaces.

The role is casual, approximately 10 hours per week with occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Good IT skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with community groups and local organisations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop the hire of academy facilities.
