Job summary

haart Estate Agents in Medway, part of Spicerhaart Group Ltd., seek an experienced Lettings Negotiator to drive growth at the Medway branch. You will build relationships with landlords and tenants, arrange viewings, and manage the lettings process from start to finish.

The role emphasizes generating new business, delivering excellent customer service, and thriving in a target-driven environment with uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

Full UK driving licence is essential.
Own vehicle may be required for travel between branches.
Legal entitlement to work in the UK.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Comfort with Insurance/health & safety standards in lettings.

Responsibilities

Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange viewings.
Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies.
Develop and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
Market properties to tenants using various marketing skills.
Generate new and repeat business and canvass the local area.
Door-knock, leaflet drop and ensure health & safety standards.
