Connells Group in Colchester is seeking a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our Abbotts residential lettings team. You will deliver exceptional service while driving business results, with training and clear career progression across Lettings, Sales, Mortgage Services, Land and New Homes.

The role offers £25k basic salary with uncapped commission and a supportive, high-performance environment. Key duties include generating rental valuations, arranging market appraisals, hosting viewings,

Qualifications

• Ideally have previous lettings or sales experience.
• Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generating and booking rental valuations and market appraisals
• Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
