Qualifications

• Experience in lettings or sales is preferred.
• Excellent customer care and service.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to use MS Office and email efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Generate and book rental valuations and market appraisals.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Negotiate rental terms and agree lets.
• Progress lets through to move-in and handover to the lettings team.
