The Recruitment Experts, incorporated, is recruiting a Lettings Negotiator for Shirehampton or Portishead. You will build relationships with landlords and tenants, manage the lettings process, arrange viewings, and drive tenancy negotiations.

The role offers a competitive basic salary, potential OTE, and progression within a supportive independent estate agent. A UK driving licence is advantageous, and training towards ARLA is supported.

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings or estate agency is essential.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills required.
• Customer-focused approach with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Manage the lettings process from inquiry to move-in.
