Residential Links Estate Agents (Canary Wharf) is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to manage the full lettings process from appraisal to move-in. You will negotiate offers, secure tenancies, and build strong landlord and tenant relationships in East London.

The role requires at least 1 year of lettings experience, targets-driven performance, excellent communication, and a full UK driving licence. The company offers a £20,000 basic salary plus commission with an OTE of £45,000+ and

• Arrange and conduct viewings, present properties professionally and maximise letting potential.
• Support income growth by engaging with applicants and landlords.
• Stay up to date with the East London rental market, values and trends.
• Ensure lettings activity complies with legislation and internal procedures.
• Support junior colleagues and contribute to team targets.

The role

You’ll play a key part in driving our lettings business forward, managing properties from instruction through to successful move-in..

Key responsibilities

• Managing the lettings process from appraisal to move-in, including negotiating offers and securing tenancies.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, delivering consistently high standards of service.
• Arranging and conducting viewings, presenting properties professionally and maximising letting potential.
• Supporting income growth by proactively engaging with applicants and landlords.
• Keeping up to date with the East London rental market, including values and current trends.
• Ensuring all lettings activity complies with current legislation and our internal procedures.
• Supporting junior colleagues where needed and contributing to team performance and targets.

About you

• At least 1 year of lettings experience (essential).
• A proven track record of meeting targets and progressing deals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Motivated and results-driven, with the ambition to progress into management.
