Residential Links Estate Agents (Canary Wharf) is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to manage the full lettings process from appraisal to move-in. You will negotiate offers, secure tenancies, and build strong landlord and tenant relationships in East London.

The role requires at least 1 year of lettings experience, targets-driven performance, excellent communication, and a full UK driving licence. The company offers a £20,000 basic salary plus commission with an OTE of £45,000+ and

Qualifications

1 year lettings experience or more.
Proven track record of meeting targets and progressing deals.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Motivated with ambition to progress into management.
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple instructions and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Manage the lettings process from appraisal to move-in, including negotiating offers and securing tenancies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, delivering high service standards.
Arrange and conduct viewings, present properties professionally and maximise letting potential.
Support income growth by engaging with applicants and landlords.
Stay up to date with the East London rental market, values and trends.
Ensure lettings activity complies with legislation and internal procedures.
Support junior colleagues and contribute to team targets.
