We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Lettings Negotiator to join our Manchester team. This client-facing role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding service in a busy environment.

You’ll be responsible for managing prospective tenants through the full lettings journey — from first enquiry to move-in — while ensuring landlords are kept informed and satisfied throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register and qualify prospective tenants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers between tenants and landlords, ensuring smooth progression to let
• Manage tenancy applications and referencing process with speed and accuracy
• Keep internal systems up to date with all client and property interactions
• Provide feedback to landlords and advise on strategies to achieve successful lets
• Support compliance by ensuring all legal documentation is prepared and signed

Required Qualifications & Capabilities:

• Previous experience in lettings, sales, or customer service (property experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organisation and time management abilities
• Comfortable working towards targets in a performance-led environment
• Full UK driving licence preferred
