Role: Trainee Lettings Negotiator
Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: GBP24,800 OTE GBP28,000+

In this permanent role, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional negotiation skills and passion for the lettings market. With a competitive basic salary of GBP24,800 and the potential for lucrative commission and bonuses, this position offers the perfect blend of financial rewards and professional growth.

• Flexible Work Schedule: Enjoy a balanced work-life harmony with a schedule that includes Thursday off, Monday-Wednesday & Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, and Saturday 10am-4pm.
• Comprehensive Benefits: Receive 23 days of annual leave plus UK public bank holidays, with an additional day added for each year of service up to a maximum of 30 days.

Preferred Requirements:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with landlords and applicants.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities to effectively manage your diary and coordinate viewings.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to monitor the rental market and provide timely updates to landlords.
• A target-driven mindset, with the ability to consistently achieve an average of 10 lets per month.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A passion for the real estate industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to ensure successful lettings transactions.
• A willingness to learn and grow within the company, with the opportunity to progress to a full Lettings Negotiator role within 12 months.
