Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join its Residential Lettings team in London. You will match tenants with their next home, conduct viewings, and lead negotiations to secure move-ins while building trust with applicants and landlords.

Formación

• Experience in estate agency or lettings is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

You’ll play a key part with matching tenants with their next home; through viewings and negotiations you’ll build strong relationships over the phone and face to face. A desire to succeed and earn is vital in our lettings teams.

• Registering and qualifying applicants to ensure you fully understand their requirements
• Generating and conducting viewings obtaining quality feedback
• Keeping landlords informed with updates on viewings, activity and developments related to their property
• Turn applicant interest into offers and guide negotiations into move ins with care and clarity
