Job summary

Rayner Personnel is seeking a confident Lettings Negotiator in Godalming. The role focuses on supporting valuations, viewings and move-ins while delivering excellent service to landlords and tenants.

The successful candidate will actively drive new business and maintain strong local relationships. Ideal applicants have lettings experience, a proactive, commercially aware mindset, strong communication skills, and a full UK driving licence with their own car.

What you’ll do:

• Support the lettings team across valuations, viewings and move‑ins

• Keep the process compliant, organised and moving smoothly

What you’ll need:

Hours:

• Mon–Fri: 8:45–18:00
• Sat: 9:0–17:00 (alternate Saturdays with a day in lieu)
