Location: Bishopston, Bristol

Salary: Basic salary of £24k (dependent on experience) with a realistic OTE of £26k (Uncapped Pooled Commission)

Job Overview

Due to continued expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join an award-winning and experienced lettings team based initially out of our Clifton office, covering most of Central Bristol. Are you the right person to join our successful team?

Principal Accountabilities

1. Generate, arrange, and carry out viewings of properties to let
2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with Landlords
3. Ensure all office systems and service standards are adhered to

Candidate Requirements

• Able to learn quickly, take responsibility, and strive for success
• A dynamic, fun individual who thrives in a team and takes ownership of their projects
• An "A player" who isn't afraid of hard work
• Ability to build relationships with clients and explore new opportunities
• Belief in our purpose, values, and culture
• Ideally at least 1 year of experience in the property industry, with a can-do attitude, deal-closing ability, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn and develop
• Full UK driving license and own car

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 8:45 am - 6:00 pm
• One in three Saturdays, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (with a lieu day during the week)
