Job description

Talent-UK are recruiting on behalf of a busy Independent Estate Agents for a permanent Lettings Negotiator, which would be based in either Birstall or Birkenshaw.

Working Hours & Salary

Mon‑Fri: 9:00am – 5:30pm (half‑hour lunch). Saturdays (one in three): 10:00am – 2:00pm.

Salary: £26,500 per annum plus bonus.

• Chasing rent arrears
• Prospecting for new business opportunities

Qualifications

The successful candidate must have a good knowledge and experience of the customer service sector, as well as at least two years’ experience in lettings.
