Connells Group in Kingswood (Bristol) is seeking a Lettings Manager to lead our Bristol lettings team. You will drive performance, mentor staff and expand market share while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

You will oversee daily lettings operations, support valuations/listings and cultivate long-term relationships in the local market. An entrepreneurial leader with a track record in lettings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a managerial or senior lettings role within estate agency.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to generate business in a target-driven environment.
• Resilient, organised, numerate and detail-focused.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Full UK driving licence.
