Fox & Sons, part of Connells Group, is recruiting a Lettings Manager for its Crawley branch. You will lead a high-performing lettings team, oversee day-to-day operations, valuations, and listings, and build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

This is a hands-on leadership role with clear development pathways. The role offers industry-leading training, ARLA qualification funding, and a competitive OTE with uncapped commission, plus a long-term career with the UK’s leading property

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial or senior lettings role within estate agency.
• Strong leadership and people-management capability.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Track record in generating business in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
