Job summary

Harte Recruitment - Property & Conveyancing Recruitment Specialists in Manchester is seeking a Lettings Director to shape growth. You will win landlords, build developer and investor relationships, and turn connections into managed properties.

You will lead the lettings team, manage a strong pipeline, conduct valuations and negotiations, and work with senior leadership on growth strategy to maximise portfolio performance.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert new landlord and management instructions

Required Skills

• Proven business development and landlord acquisition ability


• Confident building relationships with landlords, developers and investors


• Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable generating your own opportunities


• Strong pitching, negotiation and instruction-winning skills


• Credible with senior property professionals


• Able to lead, coach and motivate a lettings team


• Strong Manchester property/rental market knowledge


• Organised, persistent and relationship-focused

Pay range and compensation package

• Performance-related commission


• Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm


• Office-based in Manchester


• Additional paid time off during the Christmas office closure
