Job summary

Hamptons in Knotty Green is seeking a Letting Assistant to support property marketing, handle applicants, conduct viewings and process applications through tenancy start. You’ll also provide admin support across the team and help ensure compliance and smooth lettings workflows.

The role includes training opportunities, including ARLA / Propertymark pathways, with progression potential and a commitment to staff development. A flexible working from home scheme is available.

Qualifications

• Customer service or front-of-house experience (min 1 year)
• Good spelling and grammar
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to handle objections professionally
• Detail-oriented and accurate in administration

Responsibilities

• Respond to applicant enquiries, qualify and register them
• Conduct property viewings
• Handle administration for property marketing
• Provide administrative support to the lettings team
• Handle referencing and tenancy agreements
• Greet customers and visitors at office as first point of contact
• Manage move-in appointments
• Support Property Management when needed
• Ensure property compliance
