Premier Properties Perth are looking for an enthusiastic Lettings Assistant/Negotiator to work in our busy lettings team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and customer focused individual to join our professional and friendly team. You will be involved in all aspects of the lettings process ensuring you go above and beyond on behalf of our clients.
Duties:
Arranging viewings/carrying out viewings, providing feedback to landlords, handling phone, email and in-person enquiries, advertising rental properties/updating social media channels, updating potential tenants on their applications, carrying out property inspections, property inventories and tenant check out visits. Dealing with property maintenance.
Essentials:
Current or previous experience in the property industry would be preferred but is not essential. A full clean driving licence, good level of IT skills and a team player with the enthusiasm to always do a high-quality job.
Hours:
This post is a permanent full-time contract, with a 9am-3pm Saturday on a rota basis and the occasional evening.
