Oasis Academy John Williams is seeking a Lettings Assistant to support day-to-day lettings operations for community use of our sports facilities. You will assist with bookings, invoicing, room preparation and admin, ensuring a welcoming, safe environment for hirers and visitors.

Working Pattern: 25 hours per week, Mon - Fri, 16:30 - 21:30 (open to job share)
Salary: SCP 7-11 (FTE £26,403 - £28,142;Actual Salary £15,345 - £16,355 per annum)

As a Lettings Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent experience for our customers and community users. Acting as a key point of contact, you will support the day‑to‑day operation of our lettings programme, ensuring bookings run smoothly and helping local clubs, organisations and community groups make the most of our outstanding facilities. Through your work, you will help maintain the high standards that make our academy a destination of choice for community use.
