Job summary

The National Trust is seeking an experienced Buildings Supervisor to organise and manage maintenance, reactive repairs and planned works across its Let Estate portfolio in London and Surrey, including Osterley Park, Morden Hall Park, Polesden Lacey, and other sites. The role is based at Polesden Lacey with office presence and regular travel across London and Surrey.

• Experience in managing building maintenance and repairs.
• Knowledge of historic buildings and conservation requirements.
• Ability to manage budgets and contractors delivering projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and repairs across Let Estate properties.
• Plan and supervise reactive and planned works with external contractors.
• Manage budgets for conservation and maintenance in partnership with Estate Manager and Senior Building Surveyor.
