Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a detail‑driven Loan Operations / Agency Documentation Lending Fulfilment Specialist in Chester. Hybrid role, 2–3 days on-site with the remainder from home, ASAP start date, for a 2026 end date with potential extension or permanence.

You will support syndicated and bilateral loan transactions from approval through funding, reviewing loan and security documents, coordinating with front office, legal, credit and operations teams to ensure accurate, timely closings and

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Loan Administration, Loan Operations, Agency Loans or Loan Documentation.
• Strong understanding of loan products and lending processes.
• Experience reviewing facility documentation and supporting loan closings.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate loan and security documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage documentation, due diligence and collateral perfection activities.
• Review facility agreements and supporting legal documentation prepared by external counsel.
• Support loan booking, funding and ongoing documentation management.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, Legal Counsel and Agency Management.
• Maintain records, controls and audit trails throughout the lending lifecycle.
• Contribute to quality assurance and drive operational excellence.
