Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Coventry in Coventry is seeking a Leisure Manager to lead the Leisure Department in a fast-paced hotel environment. This role requires strong leadership, strategic team development, and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, oversee daily operations, ensure Health and Safety compliance, and manage budgets to drive guest satisfaction and financial performance, with a proactive, service-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to perform under pressure and multi-task.
• A solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Proven experience as a Leisure Manager or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring all customers queries are dealt with in an efficient manner.
• Ability to recruit, develop and lead a strong team within the Leisure Department.
• Manage the daily operations and contribute to the smooth running of the Leisure Department.
• Monitor and ensure compliance achieved for Health and Safety standards.
• Overseeing the financial performance of the leisure department by managing budgets and controlling costs effectively.
