GLL in Richmond is seeking 2 Leisure Team Member Apprentices to join Pools on the Park on a dedicated 18-month programme. You will gain hands-on experience across customer service, fitness support, and activity delivery as part of the UK's largest leisure provider.

Aufgaben

• Understand services and products to answer customer questions.
• Support customers with different needs and collect feedback.
• Assist with delivering swimming lessons where required (qualification dependent).
• Lead exercise sessions and health screening as needed (qualification dependent).
• Share knowledge on exercise, health and wellbeing with customers.
• Assist in gym inductions and wellbeing activities as required.
