Job summary

Verdant Parks is seeking a friendly Leisure Team Member for Riverside Leisure Park to cover the summer season. You will welcome guests to the pool, manage reception duties, take swimming bookings, handle cash payments and help keep the pool and surrounding areas clean and tidy so guests enjoy their stay.

This role is well suited for a school leaver or anyone seeking seasonal work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. A DBS check is required and funded by the company; park benefits apply.

• Welcome guests to the swimming pool and Leisure facilities.
• Carry out reception duties and take swimming bookings.

• Help keep the pool and surrounding areas clean and tidy.
• Support the smooth day-to-day running of leisure facilities.

Job description

Your main duties will include welcoming guests to the swimming pool, carrying out reception duties, taking swimming bookings, handling cash payments, and helping to keep the pool and surrounding areas clean and tidy between swimming sessions. You'll play an important role in ensuring our guests have a positive and enjoyable experience during their stay., Our Leisure Team helps create a safe and enjoyable experience for all park visitors by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our leisure facilities.

You will be required to complete a DBS criminal records check. The cost of this check will be met by the company.
