Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking a Leisure Team Member for the Bodelwyddan Castle site. You will lead and coach the team to cover all leisure responsibilities and host activities for guests throughout the day, including rifle shooting and archery.

The role emphasizes enthusiastic customer service, the ability to learn quickly, and Lifeguard RLSS qualification. Live-in may be available and staff benefits apply.

Join our team at Bodelwyddan Castle, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This Grade II listed Victorian building near the North Wales Coast houses a modern 238-bedroom hotel with a superb range of leisure facilities and numerous daily activities.

Pay Rates:

Upto £12.71 per hour depending on age

What will I be doing?

As a Leisure Team Member you will lead and coach the teams’ daily activities to ensure all areas of responsibilities are covered.

You and the team will host a variety of activities throughout the day from rifle shooting to archery.

What are we looking for?

• Enthusiastic individuals, who have a genuine passion for leisure.
• Great customer service skills.
• Able to pick up new skills quickly.
• Lifeguarding experience is essential
• Someone who will engage with the guests and host activities to ensure guests can enjoy their holiday to the full.

What skills do I need?

• National Pool Lifeguard qualification (RLSS) is essential.
• Work independently and proudly, providing exceptional customer service and cleanliness throughout the leisure department.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and appealing environment is maintained for team and guests by following the company Health and Safety Policy
