Responsibilities

• Develop and grow by delivering excellent service within the Hospitality department.
• Work alongside the Food and Beverage Manager to support smooth guest journeys from arrival to departure.
• Collaborate with a large, diverse team to ensure guests enjoy a high-quality stay with great views onsite.

Job description

Join our team at Bodelwyddan Castle, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This Grade II listed Victorian building near the North Wales Coast houses a modern 238-bedroom hotel with a superb range of leisure facilities and numerous daily activities.

Hourly rate: Up to £12.71 per hour dependent on age.

What will I be doing?

As part of our supportive team, you will develop and grow into delivering a great service within the Hospitality department.Alongside the Food and Beverage Manager you will be a fundamental part of the smooth running of the guest journey from the moment each guest arrives.

By working together with a large diverse and multi-skilled team, you will ensure all our guests enjoy the highest quality stay with beautiful views to look at wherever they are onsite.
