Job summary

Warner Hotels Norton Grange is seeking a friendly Leisure Team Member to lead and coach the leisure team, ensuring activities are covered from rifle shooting to archery and that guests enjoy their holiday.

You will need a National Pool Lifeguard qualification (RLSS), excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a safe, clean leisure environment. Live-in may be available, with gym access and staff discounts.

• Work independently and proudly, providing exceptional customer service and cleanliness throughout the leisure department.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and appealing environment is maintained for team and guests by following the company Health and Safety Policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the leisure team's daily activities to cover all areas of responsibility.
• Host a variety of activities throughout the day, from rifle shooting to archery.
• Engage with guests to ensure they can enjoy their holiday to the full.

Pay Rates: Up to £12.71 per hour depending on age
