Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking a Leisure Team Member at Alvaston Hall to lead and coach the leisure team, hosting a variety of day-time activities and ensuring guests enjoy their holiday. The role requires Lifeguarding experience (RLSS) and strong customer service, with a focus on safety and guest engagement.

The position is full-time, on-site within the Warner Hotels group, with pay around £12.71 per hour, depending on age, and potential live-in options.

Job description

As a Leisure Team Member you will lead and coach the teams' daily activities to ensure all areas of responsibilities are covered. You and the team will host a variety of activities throughout the day from rifle shooting to archery. What are we looking for?

• Lifeguarding experience is essential
• Someone who will engage with the guests and host activities to ensure guests can enjoy their holiday to the full.
  National Pool Lifeguard qualification (RLSS) is essential.
• Work independently and proudly, providing exceptional customer service and cleanliness throughout the leisure department.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and appealing environment is maintained for team and guests by following the company Health and Safety Policy
