Job summary

Village Hotels - Leeds North is seeking a dynamic Leisure Sales Manager to drive the Commercial engine of the Leisure Club. You will lead a team of Membership Advisors, coach on-floor tours, and push to exceed stretching revenue targets.

You will recruit, induct and schedule the team, manage performance, and ensure every guest experiences outstanding service while hitting weekly and quarterly membership goals.

Qualifications

• Previous sales management experience preferred, but attitude and energy matter more.
• Commercially savvy with a motivational leadership style.
• Strong ability to drive targets and develop people.

Responsibilities

• Drive quarterly sales and marketing plans to hit membership targets.
• Recruit, induct and train Membership Advisors, manage rotas and performance reviews.
• Oversee the pipeline, promotions, and revenue protection to sustain margins.
• Lead on-floor sales tours, match packages to guests, and resolve guest issues promptly.
